With brilliant lights gathering guests and the spirit of galloping horses ushering in a new journey, Magneto’s 2026 New Year Gala was grandly held by Jinji Lake in Suzhou on January 23rd.
With the theme of "Galloping Horses, Brilliant New Journey", the gala paid tribute to past efforts and looked forward to the future, sounding a bright prelude to Magneto’s new chapter in 2026.
At the opening, the management of Magneto/Permascand extended warm wishes and red envelopes to all colleagues, filling the scene with joy and warmth.
Kevin Wang, General Manager of Asia Pacific, reviewed the company’s steady progress and remarkable achievements in the global market over the past year, emphasizing that these achievements are attributable to the management’s foresight and all colleagues’ perseverance and hard work. He noted that 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of Magneto Special Anodes (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and expressed confidence that the team will continue to create brilliance in the new journey.
CEO David Ekberg also delivered a warm and powerful speech, affirming the Chinese team’s perseverance, excellent capabilities and extraordinary achievements in 2025 amid global changes. He outlined clear strategic guidance and comprehensive development plans for 2026, stating, "Together, we will make Magneto/Permascand not only a leader in technology but also a benchmark for operational excellence and customer trust. The company everyone would like to work with."
To honor the strivers, the gala presented several awards including the Annual SGA Award, Annual CI Award and Outstanding Employee Award.
In addition, colleagues from various departments staged wonderful performances, and multiple rounds of lucky draws pushed the atmosphere to a climax, enhancing the sense of belonging among all attendees.
