We recognize that while systems and training are essential, professional emergency response capabilities—staffed by personnel familiar with on-site conditions—are equally indispensable in crisis situations.

First-aid certified personnel: Trained in emergency medical response and holding valid first-aid certifications, they can administer initial care to injured personnel immediately.
Safety officers with professional backgrounds in fire safety and chemical engineering: Leveraging specialized expertise, they oversee critical risk points and provide scientifically sound, actionable recommendations for emergency response.
